Products and condition
North Graft sells a mixture of new and pre-owned footwear and clothing. We use three condition labels:
For Like New and Pre-Owned goods, the listing photographs show the actual item unless we clearly state otherwise. Please review the full description and every photograph before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colours appear.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when dispatch is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or a payment or fraud check cannot be completed.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Delivery options and charges are shown before payment. You may use the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not display false reference prices; an RRP is only shown where we have a genuine reference value.
Stock
Many items are one-offs. Adding an item to the basket does not reserve it. When the final unit sells, its page may remain visible as SOLD as part of our catalogue history, but it cannot be purchased.

Cancellations, returns and refunds
We accept returns on every item purchased through this website. You must tell us within 14 days of receiving your order if you want to cancel, then return it within the following 14 days. Customers pay the direct return cost for ordinary change-of-mind returns. Read our Refund & Returns Policy for the complete process.
North Graft may also offer a separate discretionary buy-back for worn Like New and Pre-Owned items. A buy-back is not a substitute for statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their usual purpose. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its listing, contact us promptly. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material, or copy North Graft branding, photographs or original content without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available to them under applicable law.
