UK delivery
The available delivery methods, prices and estimated timings for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. We may use different delivery companies depending on the parcel and destination.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Unless we agree a different timeframe with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is placed.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will send the tracking details to the email address used for your order. Please allow time for the courier’s tracking system to update after dispatch.
Delivery problems
If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or appears to be missing, email hi@northgraft.co.uk with your order number. We will check the shipment and help resolve it.
We accept returns on every item. Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order, then send it back within the following 14 days. For ordinary returns, the customer pays return postage. Read the full policy.
