We take product checks seriously, but we also want to be honest about what any inspection can prove. Our decisions are based on the item in front of us, its construction and labels, the seller information and any purchase evidence available.
New products
Brand-new stock is sourced through legitimate retail and outlet channels. We record the source internally and keep purchase evidence when it is available. The product page tells you if the item has its original box, an outlet box, a replacement box or no box.
Pre-owned products
We inspect pre-owned items before they are listed. We look at the materials, stitching, shape, labels, size tags, product details and general wear. If the evidence does not give us enough confidence, we do not list the item.
Photos of the actual pair
Pre-owned listings use photos of the item you will receive. We aim to show both sides, the front and back, soles, inside labels, size tag, box and any marks or damage we find.
